Citizenship and Immigration Canada has recently announced important amendments, to take effect from 1 Apirl 2011, to the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. These changes will have a significant effect on both employers and foreign workers currently accessing the program. The changes will not take effect until 1 April immigration compliance years.
