Ferdie spent over 30 years serving as Chairman of the Board, for the Lutheran Church Old Age Home Project, where he steered the creation of a frail care center and retirement village from an idea to a reality. He is an active Rotary Member and embodies the Rotary motto "Service Above Self".

Ferdie's role at Pro-Link GLOBAL is to ensure that each team member is encouraged and supported in their efforts to accomplish the fourth leg of our mission statement which is:

Assist local communities to improve the lives of those in need through donation of man hours and financial responsibility

In living up to this mission, we encourage our employees to give back to their communities. To achieve this, our employees are given one day of work each month to donate their time to the cause of their choosing.

Ferdie manages the volunteer days and works to ensure that strong fellowship and commitment among Pro-Link GLOBAL and our KGNM's worldwide, results in meaningful community and international service projects worldwide.
