Global Immigration Counsel
Jason L. Rogers, BA JD, has been practicing law since 2001 and has spent the past 5 years concentrating in the area of global immigration and corporate compliance.
After graduation from Law School, Jason served as a Law Clerk, to the Honorable Nancy Sivilli, Chancery Division, Essex County in New Jersey for a year. He practiced law as an Associate at a reputable law firm in New Jersey, before moving to the role that would capture his interest in Global Immigration.
He joined Ernst & Young LLP, in 2005 and managed their Compliance Coordination Group. He was responsible for reviewing and creating immigration policies with the General Counsel. He also advised leadership on EEO issues, compliance initiatives. Jason developed HR Compliance training sessions, and served as the subject matter expert for "New Hires & International Transferees". He moved to the NY office of E&Y as the Global Visa & Immigration Manager in 2006, where he was responsible for drafting and coordinating the work permit applications for E&Y's entire expatriate population. He also developed a "Business Visa Risk Compliance Task Force" and undertook a two year project that resulted in a firm wide policy of compliance for all business units.
In 2008, Jason joined Littler Mendelson, PC as an Associate Global Immigration Counsel in their Atlanta office. He was responsible for managing Fortune 500 companies' Global Immigration Programs, in addition to benchmarking policies and benefits against industry competitors, resulting in enhanced programs.
With Pro-Link GLOBAL, where Jason is Global Immigration Counsel, he is responsible for overseeing Fortune 100 companies' immigration programs and providing high level complex consultation responses. Jason applies his diversified depth of knowledge of corporate immigration to produce complex and innovative immigration solutions that meet the immigration needs of his clients. Jason is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
