Lavinia Pascariu is a multilingual attorney admitted to practice in New York and Missouri. After attending Law School in her hometown of Iasi in Romania she traveled to the United States as an international exchange student. Lavinia was recruited by a global company and sought for her extensive language skills and leadership abilities.
She began her US legal career during the LLM program at Saint Louis University Law School, where she distinguished herself as a volunteer with the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Saint Louis University Law School and the Romanian Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Lavinia went on to round her legal skills as a law clerk with a prominent immigration law firm in St. Louis, Missouri.
Lavinia' s personal story of immigrating from Romania and establishing herself as a professional in the United States makes her an empathic advocate dedicated to improving the lives of professionals all over the world. During her legal career in the US, she used her extensive language skills and international experience to serve as a community interpreter, a law clerk and immigration attorney in the Saint Louis Metropolitan area.
