With Mark's prior service as an immigration officer on the Canada/U.S. border, he has been able to utilize this experience to enhance the services he offers to his cross-border and overseas clients.

Mark is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and an active member of the Canadian Bar Association's Immigration Sub-section, serving currently as Vice-Chair on the Alberta South Region's Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Canadian Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
