Having Maude Bullen-Smith from PLG assist with the documents for the consulate appointment was wonderful. On the consulate website, they do not list all the information that you need nor is the website well set up. If she was not there to help me, I would not have had all the necessary documents for my appointment & would have had to return to apply for the visa.
