Michelle comes to Pro-Link GLOBAL with an extensive background in business analysis and project management, predominantly in the financial services industry. 

As a business analyst, Michelle has managed and been part of ad hoc business projects, redesigning processes and procedures in line with ISO requirements and implementing system changes where necessary, thereby reducing company risk, increasing data integrity and minimizing potential fraud issues.

Michelle is also a qualified paralegal.  From 2003 to 2010, Michelle was the branding and events manager for a major financial client.  In November 2009, Michelle moved to Málaga in southern Spain, where she is still located.
