Keiretsu Global Network
Pro-Link GLOBAL (PLG) founded and built the Keiretsu Global Network. This is what sets us apart from our competitors. Keiretsu is a Japanese term used to describe a grouping or family of affiliated companies that form a tight-knit alliance to achieve each other’s mutual success. We have a presence in over 120 countries with our own offices or correspondent offices via our dedicated team of Keiretsu Global Network Members (PLG|KGNMs) which allows us the ability to utilize our “Follow-the-Sun” case management process and offer a global service with local connections.
PLG uses a stringent selection process for a Keiretsu global network member. We understand that conducting solid due diligence is essential to the selection process. Key factors include financial stability, a reputation for honest practice of law, must be admitted to their local bar association (where required by local laws) and have strong government contacts.
We have identified six fundamental criteria that are part of the decision making process:

- Selection
- Training
- Management
- Evaluation
- Reporting
All KGNMs under consideration must be accredited by an appropriate professional organization such as the Employee Relocation Council, the National Foreign Trade Council NFTC, Society for Human Resource Management Global, International Bar and local and regional organizations worldwide. Once the prospective member has passed the internal evaluation, they are rewarded with Membership of the Keiretsu Global Network and are identified as a Keiretsu Global Network Member or KGNM.
Evaluation of services is performed continually to ensure the KGNM maintains the expectations and standards of delivery set by Pro-Link GLOBAL, contained in a Service Level Agreement, Service Delivery Manual and Memorandum of Understanding between PLG and the Keiretsu Global Network Member.
We use our own offices to act as coordination centers to ensure that where we are using a PLG|KGNM, the experience is still seamless for our client; those issues such as language, time zone and immigration requirements are managed locally.
In countries where we do not have a physical presence, we work in integrated professional consulting teams with other immigration specialists, the PLG|KGNMs. The majority of the members of the PLG|KGNM have been with Pro-Link GLOBAL since inception and these relationships have been built over many years of experience in this arena.
PLG provides the KGNM with a dedicated PLG|KGNM email account to provide immediate name recognition to the clients and reassure the client that the processing is occurring on a team basis. This email account is monitored daily by our Senior Counsel, who reviews each email sent and received to ensure that the matter is moving ahead smoothly. At a deeper level, we have our VP Global Operations who ensures that the KGNM services adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure, local regulations and maintain legal compliance at all times. Additionally, we have our Client Services Manager, who acts as a point of escalation and addresses service issues with the KGNMs.
