We chose INSZoom after reviewing all the off the shelf options for a global immigration offering as well as looking into designing our own in-house proprietary model. We also had extensive discussions with clients to make sure it met their needs and was a product that they could see value in.

We chose INSZoom for its functionality, including the ability to customize the system based on client needs, and the excellent support provided by the INSZoom team. Just as our clients outsource some or all of its non-core business functions (such as immigration services) , we decided the “best practice” was to essentially outsource the development and maintenance of the software system, working closely with the “vendor” to tailor the system as necessary to meet client needs. As a result, we are able to focus on our core business providing global immigration legal services.

All stakeholders have access to the INSZoom web based software to upload their information to the particular case. They can update case notes, advise on status, all in real time and can view any digital information Pro-Link GLOBAL has uploaded that pertain to that particular case. The ability to have all stakeholders in the immigration process, from start to completion viewing one database and entering all relevant status notes, reminders etc in one place, gives Pro-Link GLOBAL the ability to offer our clients a true global service delivery model that is not reliant on geography or “bricks and mortar” for effectiveness. As it is a Web based tool, the information can be accessed anytime, anywhere. User access may be restricted from a firm defined set of Internet Protocol addresses.

  Automatic Government Form Population
   
  Case data input into the system automatically “populates” all government immigration forms which are filed with any foreign government that we are applying to. The system generates and manages the forms and documents that comprise the petition or application, ensuring swift processing and integrity and accuracy of data. The system can report on the data in a variety of formats, including automated online reports as to case status that may be accessed by your personnel on the Internet on demand.
   
  Case Management
   
  The system’s case management features also allow us to manage internal workflow to ensure compliance through automated through put time (TPT) measurements, docketing systems and a variety of status reports (by paralegal, by client, by type of petition, by expiration date). In addition, the system enhances the delivery of services through more efficient client communications since clients can log in to determine the status of the case (drafting, filed, pending, approved), receive and send emails and documents from the case file.
